Greenday -Originally tipped to headline but now looks unlikely. Still a possibility.
Hole - Rumoured for a slot in the NME tent.

Julian Casablancas - Rumoured to headline the NME tent solo.
Kasabian - Rumoured to pinch one of the headliner slots, big at present!
Libertines - Reform on the cards, will go down well.
Limp Bizkit - Fred Durst said they will be playing all major festivals in 2010, new album.
The Maccabees - Virtual Festivals.
Massive Attack - New album, will be looking to tour.
Muse - Touring with new album, however are strongly linked with Glastonbury Festival 2010.
My Chemical Romance - New album due at the end of the year, will be looking to promote it.
Pixies - No specific reason, just a favourite of Leeds goers. 
Soundgarden - Virtual Festivals
Slipknot - Always rumored

Them Crooked Vultures - Step up TCV now that they are on tour. Very likely to perform.

Foo Fighters - Unlikely now TCV are on tour.
Strokes - Confirmed for Isle of White. Apparently not doing any other headline shows. However Casablancas could appear solo!
System of a Down - Apparently the reform is now not on the cards.
