The official Leeds festival website has revealed that they will soon release a brand new website in preparation for Leeds festival 2010.
its being build at the moment and will feature all the official announcements and official line-up stories.

The official Leeds festival website has announced that tickets for the 2010 weekend will go on sale again in March 2010. The first earlybird batch has sold out already.
We'll obviously keep you updated on ticket news, but we expect the actual date will be some time in Mid March.
Get saving if you want to get your hands on one!
Leeds Festival will take place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, 27th, 28th, and 29th August.

Blink 182 Tour Leaks All Over The Net

It seems that Blink 182 tour leaks are being posted all over the net, and included is the Leeds and Reading weekend.
We're not sure how trustworthy the leaks are but even if they are not legit, all the rumours are surrounding them and Greenday at the moment. So fingers crossed they will be appearing even if the leaks are not true.

Sunshine Underground Rumoured For Leeds 2010

The Sunshine Underground are the next band to hit the rumours list for Leeds Festival 2010.The band are expected to release a new album next month, and apparently they will be performing at the NME awards. (I've tried to do a little research but can't find any evidence for this. Has anyone else heard this?)
With this in mind, its likely that they will be making an appearance on the NME stage if they do perform.

We're keeping a close eye on eFestivals at the moment because they are a very reliable source of Leeds Festival information.
They have now also added Them Crooked Vultures to their 'Strong Rumours' list, which only adds strength to the rumours we have already published.
They are rumoured to make an appearance on the Main Stage.
Greenday now look even more likely after Emily Eavis (organiser of Glastonbury) said that the band won't be performing there this year.
Leeds news seems to be pretty slow this year, but we expect things to pick up over the next few months with ticket sale day only about 2 months away now!

Blink 182 have joined Greenday on eFestivals rumour list for Leeds festival 2010.
Much the same as Greenday, the band have be marked as a 'strong rumour' for a main stage appearance.
